Buckey

1999 - 2017

Buckey was my buddy. I adopted him almost 19 years ago. I went to the shelter in and he was the first dog I saw. Right when they opened his crate he ran over to me, circled me, and proceeded to lift his leg and pee on me. I quess he approved so I took him home. Buckey was the most amazing friend I could ever hope for. He was kind and gentle to every other living thing he encountered. He helped me through tough times in my life with a wagging tail. I took him everywhere. My family loved him so much. This has been the most difficult week of my life but I realize he is without pain now. He was almost 19 years old when he passed. I will never forget you buckey. You will always be my best friend. Bucky was surrounded by love throughout his life and as he took his last breath. This is not goodbye but so long for a while.
