Clearly remember the day I made arrangements and secretly drove down to Pompano Beach to meet and adopt you, I didn't tell anyone until I got home. I found you when I was searching for a young Boston terrier and you showed up in the feed but you're a beautiful Chihuahua mix. Your back story so was sad that you were dropped off at the Miami shelter in early December because your owners got another dog and didn't want you anymore. You were only 2 years old and only 7lbs and January was too cold to be in a shelter. I knew I had to get you fast! You have been do full of love and a total joy since then. Unfortunately the last couple of years have not been kind to your little body. You were diagnosed with diabetes last year and this year with Cushing and it's been a roller coaster trying to level out all the meds you had to take but I didn't mind taking care you until the end. Last Friday, you let us know you were done and ready to be with Sylvester, Hemi, Marla, Wilson and Fussy with a fresh young body. Your friends will be waiting for you to cross that bridge. I will catch up with you guys later!
