Boomer almost died at an animal control facility because he was surrenered by his owners at the age of 13. RED Collar Rescue in Houston, TX, stepped up and pulled this big boy and he lived out his life at a foster home. For all of those who rescue, adopt, volunteer, foster, donate.. to the homeless and "discarded" pets out there, THANK YOU!!
