Phoebe's mom wrote this as a tribute to her: "Ms. Dayna, I want to take a minute and thank you from the very bottom of our hearts for taking exceptional care of Phoebe after she crossed the Rainbow Bridge. Her passing has left a very large hole in our hearts, but getting her back today in an absolutely beautiful urn has given us some comfort. She wasn't just a 14 yrs old lab mix, she was our baby, our protector, a friend to both our boys as well as our other 3 dogs. She was funny, living and caring and even in her old age had the heart of a puppy. She will forever be missed and we thank you again for taking care of her."
