Sasha ( BROOT) Mcfarlane

2009 - 2021

On May 30, 2010 a vivacious princess arrived on Blue Heron Way to a family who adopted her for 10 years and 7 months. We named her Sasha. A fitting name for a princess who took over not only shoes and furniture but the entire neighborhood. Many knew Sasha for her attitude problems but we knew her for the love she gave (oh yeah, attitude too).

Over the last couple years, Sasha has been diagnosed with heart failure but was a trooper through thick and thin. Well into her 70's, Sasha enjoyed a festive party, Thanksgiving and her last Christmas on December 25, 2021. Sasha took her last breath after enjoying turkey, and opening her presents of two new blankets , sweater and a food mat. She wasn't feeling well and was brought upstairs where she became nauseous, had either a heart attack and/seizure and took her last breath at around 4 pm.

Thank you Sasha for being a part of our family. We will miss you dearly!!
