Mayor Blucipher “BLUE” BOO BOO

2000 - 2021

Mayor Blucipher passed Away after a long life on April 8th 2021.
He Served his Community of Blue Valley and neighbors for 15 years overseeing neighborhood watch, Welcome Committee and parking Patrol. No car hood was not tested, or new neighbor not greeted by The Mayor.
He frequently stayed overnight at neighbors to make sure no one was lonely or that their tuna would go to waste. He would also bring every neighbor who was his friend a gift if he thought they coukdnt hunt for themselves.

After the great fire of 2015, many wept not at the loss of their homes or possessions, but because they could no longer reside in Mayor Blues jurisdiction and enjoy his daily visits. Shortly after, he also lost his Mama D and decided he should retire from Public Service with his New Mom.
Mr Boo Boo as he was known after retirement continued to live a happy life through 6 years of retirement making sure his Mom woke up on time every morning (even on weekends) and that she knew when to go to bed so he could take his spot from her and argue over who was the boss.

He was determined, rotten to the core and stubborn but not hateful. Never met a stranger, and knew no fear. You knew he loved you and could give the best cuddles.
