My sweet baby, Gracie. When we first came together, it was just the two of us. You now leave behind a family of 5 humans that are so sad to see you go but so relieved that you are finally at peace and pain free. I already miss you so much and can't believe you are gone. Sleep in peace and I will see you again one day. You were an wonderful companion that saw me through so many moments in life, and I will miss you every single day. Mommy loves you so much!
