Maddux Leeann “Maddie Lee” Finley Evans

2011 - 2023

Lady Maddux Maddie Ma'dam Leeann Louise Finley then Evans, first of her name, peacefully crossed the Rainbow Bridge with her head in my lap on July 28 year of our Lord 2023. She was almost 12 years old.

In her infancy, Maddie was rescued from the Fulton County Animal Shelter by her loving family on St Patrick's Day 2012. The most adorable criminal, I fell in love with her as soon as I saw her mugshot online. Maddie grew up to be quite the young lady. She was sassy, classy, and didn't mind showing her assy. She made sure that everyone who spent any amount of time with her understood that she was NOT a regular dog. She was snooty and stuck up and I loved every single bit of it. She was a great companion, the best furbaby, and will be sorely missed.

Maddie Lee leaves to cherish her memory:
Me, her devastated mom who cared for and talked to her daily; Mr., who feels like he was her best friend; the boy, who was a great big brother, dog walker, and stand-in for me when I simply refused; Lil (Laila), her little dog-sister who lived to annoy her, yet now seems to not realize that she's even gone; her favorite grandma, who will now probably never visit Atlanta again; a host of other family, friends, and loved ones.
