Pookie

2001 - 2019

January 2001-March 2019
Pookie,
You will truly be missed. We had 18 good years together and been through so much. I can’t imagine my life without you in it. But it makes me happy to know that grandma was on the other side of that rainbow bridge as soon as you got there to greet you, take you for a long walk, and play ball. By now I’m sure you’ve learned that you have to play nice with other furry four legged critters because I’m sure you’re not the only one there. It isn’t going to be the same watching animal planet without hearing you growl at the tv, little buddy. The one thing that does make me smile is wondering if God had to inform you that you really are a dog.
I’m going to miss seeing you chase your ball, your sweet puppy kisses, and how you viewed something as small as a walk as such a big and exciting adventure, and just holding you. It hurt to let you go but hurt even worse to see you suffer.
Give grandma Linda, Alex, Blaze, and Louise kisses for me and play nice with the other animals. Until we meet again you will always be in my heart. You were and always will be unconditionally loved.
Rest In Peace my furry angel.
