2008 - 2020

I rescued Roscoe in September 2016 after been chained up his whole life. He had lived with me for 3 1/2 years and bonded with me. He would follow me everywhere wanting me to be in his sight at all time. I would think he had the last 3 1/2 years of living his life to the fullest. He had this personality that would make anyone and everyone fall in love with him. He was a mixed of basset hound & border collie.
