Sadie Hawkins Robertson

1999 - 2014

My most faithful companion, Sadie Hawkins Robertson - Sadie came to us in 1999. Her last moments on earth were on 12/22/14. She stayed home until she began to feel pain, then we took her to VCA Beechgrove to finish her journey home. It didn't take long...most amazingly...an angel about 5 ft tall with small wings appeared between the doctor and myself and was seen scooping Sadie up in his arms. Sadie looked back at me as she was transformed in a more youthful self while being carried upward and then she disappeared. I miss Sadie so much. She was the best German shepherd...the best dog ever! I can't wait to see my beautiful baby again!
