Takoda

He left too soon

Takoda came to our home as a matter of 'accident'. While sitting outside one night a few weeks ago, Takoda simply "showed up". When I approached him, I was completely surprised by his friendliness, and he almost immediately made friends. Over the next few days, he seemed to take more to my wife and me. Soon, he claimed the place as "home". While there was a bit of territorial dispute with our other two dogs, finally, Takoda settled into getting along with them.

We really didn't have much time to train him, but he became leash-trained quickly.

While still rambunctious, he was always eager to show affection as well as getting it.
