When my neighbors dog died and she had no money , YOU made EVERYTHING so easy and everything turned out beautiful. You made it so I could surprise her with the ashes in a beautiful box and the paw print was great. She LOVED it !! I can not thank you and Pet Angle for EVERYTHING y'all did for me !! I can’t thank all of you enough!

Just wanted to say how appreciative that Pet Angel was so kind after the sudden death of my Jennyfur Selena Sirchie. She died suddenly during a so called simple tooth extraction surgery 2 years ago. I still weep. It was and still is a total shock to me. HOWEVER, your staff made it an easy but heart wrenching transition. You gave the utmost respect to Jenny and I can’t thank all of you enough!!!

I now live in another location and am so extremely happy that you have a place there. My Selena is 18 yrs old now, just has high blood pressure, but under control with meds...But when the inevitable happens...I will NOT trust anyone but PET ANGEL to take care of her. Thanks again.

Thank you for taking such great care of our JJ. We took her into our rescue praying for a miracle. Sadly she didn't make it but we know she went peacefully, in her sleep knowing she was safe. Dear Pet Angels,

My husband and I want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts. On March 12th, 2017 our beloved Sheltie gave heaven another gift. Sparky lived for over 17 years and was truly special to our family in so many ways.

When we went to pick up Sparky’s remains, the assistant told us how the gentleman that left the package was so kind and compassionate and extended his utmost sympathy for our loss.

This has been a tough loss for us but your kindness has helped in letting us know we are not alone. The presentation which included the cherry wood box, the grief booklet and name plate was very touching. The booklet was helpful in understanding our grief over our loss of Sparky and most of all the poems near the end will be treasured.

I received his ashes in a beautiful box

I cannot begin to express my appreciation for your company. I had to make the hardest decision of my life, and through Dr. Kim Sears at Village Animal Hospital, my beloved Yorkie, Cujo, was placed in your care. Kim told me how respectful you would be of my "child" at that most difficult time. A week later, I received his ashes in a beautiful box, a certificate, and his paw print in plaster. Thank you.

We are so grateful for their extraordinary service

When we lost our little Shih Tzu, Chuie, of almost 17 years, we wanted to find a local company that would treat his remains with the utmost respect. We called the Ft. Myers, Florida, Pet Angel Memorial Center on a Saturday night and were able to talk to Brandi, a Pet Angel representative. She then met us the next day (a Sunday) to pick up our little guy and, after taking him back to their facility, she prepared him so that we could see him one last time. She was truly our angel at one of the most difficult times in our lives. We are so grateful to Brandi and Pet Angel for their extraordinary service. The private and individual cremation was so important to us, and the memorial options were just what we wanted. We would highly recommend Pet Angel to anyone who wants to honor their pet in death as much as their pet was loved in life.

Integrity was the reason I contacted you

I wanted to thank everyone involved for the support I received when Zaq died. I contacted your company on the basis of a Channel 8 report on your industry. Your owner was telling people the questions they needed to ask since it was unregulated, and listing the steps you take in providing your service. That integrity was the reason I contacted you when the need arose. The support and love I received since is the reason I have told everyone I know with a pet about you. Zaq was my child. You people got that. I was a basket case. Looking back, even I can see how crazy I was. Many people wouldn't have understood, but you did. You hugged me and told me how sorry you were. You made me know that there were other people who felt the same way. When I picked Zaq up, the lady spent time telling me about her prior loss and listening to my stories about him, and making sure I was ready before bringing him out to me. My mother died in November. No one from the funeral home called me to see how I was doing, but you people did. I can't tell you how much that meant to me. Your company is obviously in the business of making money. The people it has chosen in Indiana present to its clients that this is a secondary consideration (which obviously ultimately supports the bottom line). When my mother had to go into assisted living a few years ago, we were fortunate to find an extraordinary facility. She would always tell people she knew "You know, these people do for me like they WANT to instead of like they're getting PAID to." That's exactly how I feel about the Pet Angel representatives in Indiana. Thank you again, and I would appreciate it if you would forward this message to your corporate headquarters so they can see the treasure they have here in Indiana. God Bless!

Thanks for making a very difficult time bearable

It has been almost 3 months since I came to get my wonderful best friend, LexiLu, from Animal Medical Hospital. I just want to say thank you for your kindness and respectful manner in which you handled Lexi. Besides receiving her ashes in the lovely box, I had you place a little of her ashes in a heart locket that I wear everyday. She recently rode around my neck on a trip to Colorado. I told her I would take her to Colorado and I did. Thanks again for making a very difficult time bearable.
