Maximus ❤️ I was on vacation in Tennessee with my 17 year old pup Maximus when he passed away. The vet I rushed to when Maximus passed used Pet Angel as their cremation service. I live a 9 hour drive away in Florida. The Pet Angel Columbia, TN location did a terrific job! Specifically Jeff. I received Maxii’s remains so quickly! (I thought there may be a delay since I was in another state and Maximus was being shipped to me) The clay paw print was also wonderfully done and not cracked as I feared it might be since it and the ashes were traveling from TN to FL. Panther – Thank you so much to Pet Angel for their beautiful cremation services for Panther. The grief packet and box with a plaque were beautiful and very thoughtful. It was extremely hard losing Panther but Pet Angel gave a beautiful way for us to always remember him.

I want to say a very special Thank You to both Katherine Gibson & Vinny Siano. Katherine’s compassion was so very sincere & heart felt! & Vinny was so very understanding & helpful as Steve & I brought our precious Brutus to them on Monday morning 9/9/19 after his unexpected passing on Sunday of a heart attack. I did all I could to save my precious boy. I did CPR until Steve made me stop and bruised my hands and wrists doing it so long not wanting to let him go. But it was already too late. God had already called him home where he was welcomed with open Paws & open Hearts of all the Precious Fur Babies that have gone before him. While saying my final goodbye I lost it and collapsed crying so hard and both Steve and Vinny helped me back into the car. I gave both Katherine and Vinny a big hug. I told Vinny to take good care of my boy & he did! I want to thank them both so very much for all that they did to help make this tragic event as peaceful as possible under the circumstances. I will Always be Grateful to them both! I highly recommend using them directly when possible. As when our Beloved Munchkin passed and we went thru a vet office that we no longer use. Many of the services that Pet Angels offer were not offered to us. I did ask Katherine directly and if your vet allows and if you are capable you can transport you Precious Loved One to them directly so you can obtain the memorials that you wish to have and go over things with them directly. I Love All Of You at Pet Angels! Even the ones that I did not have direct contact with as it always takes a team effort. If Any of you Ever Need Pet Care Services Please Let Me Know! From the first emotional phone call to the peaceful and beautiful viewing and visitation before she was cremated to the anxiously awaited return of her ashes, Jill at Pet Angel in Clearwater, Florida was there for me caring, comforting, and every bit as in the moment as I was. Our sweet Baby Millie was treated in death just as she was in life…like a little princess. She was in a beautiful carved wooden box, that was in a silk bag, a pawprint, a certificate, and “Understanding Your Feelings” booklet to help us through the grieving process. You have no idea how much it means to us that Millie was so well taken care of. It warms our hearts and gives us gentle closure. Pet Angel understands just how devastating it is to lose our animal companion and it shows in their service. Their absolute kindness, compassion, respect, and total professionalism helped ease the incredible pain and sadness of losing Millie, our 15 1/2-year-old Maltese. Thank you for making this terrible experience more bearable.

My family and I were beyond (and still are) heartbroken. We were not sure what to do or where to go considering we were new to the area. We contacted a local Vet’s office that next morning and they told us that they would have someone come and collect our pup and then return him within a few days. I did my research to find the place that my baby would be going and found you all and read the testimonials. It gave me a peace in my heart. I felt that Bandit was well taken care of and I was so happy to bring him home today. The cedar box he is in is beautiful and his paw print was perfect. Thank you, Pet Angel, for taking such good care of my pup. It may not bring him back, but it did ease my broken heart.

I just brought Timothy (my 19 year, 2 month, 15 day) Himalayan Cat “Home”. Everything was so lovely and kind and I placed Timothy’s name on his box and have him home again. Your office (I think, Ft. Pierce) did an outstanding job.
